5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Email our bookings email (provided on appointment confirmation) for changes or cancellations for scheduled tutorials or remote tech support. Appointment cancellations will be refunded in full until 1 hour before the scheduled appointment. After this time, cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded.
6. Remote Tech Support
Where remote tech support is offered (e.g., via screen-sharing or remote access tools), it is provided on a best-effort basis. You must ensure you have adequate backups and security in place before any session. We accept no liability for data loss, damage, or system issues arising during or after support is provided. By requesting support, you consent to temporary access and acknowledge the inherent risks involved.
7. Live Tutorials and Tech Advice
From time to time, we may offer live tutorials or personalised tech advice. These sessions are provided in good faith and are intended for general guidance only. Participation is voluntary, and you remain solely responsible for how you apply any information shared. We do not guarantee results and accept no liability for outcomes arising from live interactions.
